GastroMais US operates an enterprise-grade cloud software suite for restaurants without intermediary payment gateway commissions or hidden terminal surcharges. Subscriptions are billed on a recurrent thirty (30) calendar day billing cycle in United States Dollars ($ USD).
The base subscription entitles the restaurant merchant to full access to the digital ordering catalog, customer management CRM, real-time Kitchen Display System (KDS), table QR code generators, and administrative reporting dashboards.
2.1 Direct B2B Settlements: To maintain transparent and low-overhead software licensing for US restaurants, recurring payments are processed via:
2.2 Invoicing & Statements: Commercial subscription invoices are generated electronically and made available directly in the Merchant Admin Console or transmitted to the primary operator's registered billing email address.
3.1 Automatic Renewal: At the conclusion of each thirty (30) day billing interval, your subscription renews automatically for a subsequent 30-day period.
3.2 Courtesy Grace Period (5 Calendar Days): If an upcoming renewal is not confirmed on or before the due date, GastroMais US activates an automated 5-day grace period. During this window:
3.3 Account Suspension: If payment is not reconciled by the conclusion of the 5th grace day, the restaurant node enters suspended status. Active digital ordering is temporarily paused, and admin access is limited until the renewal transfer is validated.
We believe our software should earn your business every month. Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees:
store_id).All SaaS subscription payments are non-refundable once an active billing cycle has commenced.
Because cloud infrastructure, database isolation, serverless execution limits, and support availability are provisioned immediately upon receipt of subscription dues, GastroMais US does not issue partial or pro-rata refunds for unused days within an ongoing 30-day billing cycle.
In the event of documented billing errors or duplicate transfers, merchant requests for correction submitted within seven (7) business days will be reviewed and reconciled promptly by our accounting department.
Your restaurant's data belongs exclusively to you. Upon deciding to cancel or terminate service, merchants are granted full data export capabilities:
Merchants may upgrade to a higher tier (e.g., adding additional kitchen displays or advanced multi-printer routing) at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Any fee adjustments will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the active billing cycle.
